The gorgeous Sophie Conran and Melt have created a sublime chocolate, inspired by Sophie Conran's sweet pies.

a dainty and luscious dark chocolate 'pie' case is filled with a soft, smooth, Earl Grey tea ganache within which is hidden a hot chunk of organic crystallised ginger. As a final flourish, the 'pie' is topped with a sweet but tart cranberry. A truly British chocolate: classic, extraordinary and just a tiny bit eccentric.

Skye Gyngell, the head chef of Petersham Nurseries Cafe; and award winning cookery writer has collaborated with Melt to create a delicious dark chocolate truffle.

... a single estate chocolate made from a mixture of Criollo and Trinitario beans, conched in Columbia. The Colombian chocolate is combined with organic British butter and cream before being hand piped and dusted in a rich reddish brown cocoa powder. This fresh chocolate is truely out of this world!

As with any interesting project - good work always comes from great collaborations.

Our Site:

Originally the work of web designers Big Fish. They helped us enormously to get our "online" ball rolling and their good work paved the way to our current online identity.

Since August 07 our online collaborators have changed to Creative Made, specialists in emerging digital technologies and online marketing.

Working with the existing framework, Creative Made have rebuilt, refined and added to our online identity. We hope in early 2008 to re-design our online e-commerce site totally.
