THE PALIO BAR
An exciting bespoke chocolate bar, designed in collaboration with the imminent film PALIO, released in the UK next week.
The bar celebrates the race with a recipe that uses exciting, dark, powerful chocolate from Ecuador seasoned with spicy pieces of Panforte, from Siena.
