The gorgeous Sophie Conran and Melt have created a sublime chocolate, inspired by Sophie Conran's sweet pies.

A dainty and luscious dark chocolate 'pie' case is filled with a soft, smooth, Earl Grey tea ganache within which is hidden a hot chunk of organic crystallised ginger. As a final flourish, the 'pie' is topped with a sweet but tart cranberry. A truly British chocolate: classic, extraordinary and just a tiny bit eccentric.
