Britain's Top Chef's Chocolates
Melt has collaborated with some of Britains top chefs to bring you some sublime chocolates.
The idea for Melt came during one of those lazy summer days over lunch at the River Cafe. So we were delighted to team up with them and produce a sensational Italian Chocolate. The River Cafe was called the best restuarant in Europe - and we think we have created the best Italian chocolate - made from the famous Italian chocolate producers - Amedei.
Mark Hix is renown for his modern British cuisine.
We have been lucky enough to collaborate on two chocolates with him - an apple cider brandy and a fantastic fudge creation.
We also loved the amazing food at Petersham Nurseries- eating under the stars in their orangery was one of the highlights of our "london season" - We also support the philosophy of slow food movement and have incoropated their concepts at Melt.
Again we were delighted to co-operate with Skye Gyngell to produce a rich succulent chocolate.
Anthony Worrall Thompson was one of the original TV chefs - Melt has worked with him to produce a unique chocolate. Melt has also joined up with the gorgeous Sophie Conran - using Early Grey Tea and crystallized Ginger we created a sumptious and seductive chocolate.
