Your chocolates will be delivered through your letterbox on the 20th of every month

You are billed monthly on the date that you joined Club Melt

My delivery address has changed ?
You can update your delivery details in your account page

My billing address has changed ?
You can update your billing details in your account page

My card details have changed ?
You can submit your card details in your account page

Can I change plans ?
Yes if you’d like to swap plans you can do this in your account page

Can I postpone a month ?
Yes you can postpone your chocolates for a month, this can be processed in your account page

How do I cancel my plan?
Your plan can be cancelled in your account page, you will not be billed again once it is cancelled. You can rejoin at anytime
