Fresh chocolates are divine

Fresh Chocolates taste sublime – unlike any chocolate you have ever tasted before. We do not disturb the natural qualities of organic cream, butter and excellent chocolate with the introduction of chemicals, therefore our chocolates have a short shelf life and are best enjoyed within a couple of days - this won't be hard!

We don’t like the large industrialized chocolates that are closer to chemical soup than they are to real chocolate. We prefer small artisan chocolate grown by a local farmer who is passionate about his product and in many cases actually produces his own chocolate in the country of origin. This goes beyond Fair Trade into helping the local farmers capture more of the profitability than just the beans. We try to minimize the amount of sugar – to let the natural taste of the chocolate shine through.

You may be a gourmet in wine, cheese but not chocolate. Our chocolates are gourmet chocolates – as we have selected single origin estates with distinctive beans which closely resemble the wine industry. Only our chocolates are priced in a few pounds versus the many thousands of pounds you might pay for fine wine.

Our Luxury chocolates are the “best in London” according to you – our customers. They are beautifully wrapped in designer packaging. Again we try and avoid plastic and ensure our packaging is natural and can be easily recycled. We also have a kitchen in our shop in Notting Hill – reducing our food miles to the absolute minimum. So we should be proud that British chocolates can be considered among the best in the world - even 'Le Monde' admitted that our chocolates ranked with the best from France.
