On a murky November evening, I stepped inside Melt for a "browse". You can't browse in Melt, not when that intoxicating fug of chocolatiness hits you and the pretty lady offers you samples of deliciousness. I had already immediately decided I would buy myself a box of chocolates but while the pretty lady took time to wrap my chocolates with care my eyes wandered to the basket of chocolate caramels. And thank god they did, these parcels of cocoa'd butteriness are extraordinarily good. I grabbed a handful of these and a bar of sea salt caramel chocolate to add to my stash If ever there were a recipe to put a smile on a girl's face, this is it. I will be back.

When i visited Melt, it was horrible grey and rainy day, but freshly made chocolate caramel lit my day up! It was delightful to watch the chocolatier making it and even better tasting it afterwords!!
