We guarantee the first class quality and freshness of our chocolates within the shelf life indicated on the product.
We will always strive to satisfy your order, however since our chocolates are handmade in small batches we cannot guarantee a particular product will always be available. If this would prevent us meeting a particular delivery date, we will despatch a suitable product of the same or higher value.
The right of withdrawal of 8 days does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable food products including chocolates.
We will accept changes or cancellations to your order only prior to despatch. In this case, the changes will be refunded. A nominal charge may be incurred to cover administration costs.
Once the order has been collected by our couriers no changes or cancellations will be accepted and the charges will not be refunded.
Prices on our website are subject to change. Prices include VAT at 17.5%. Payments is taken through our payment gateway at the time of your order. This includes postage.
Please note that we have no control over the conditions in which the chocolates have been stored once they have left our premises.
We cannot despatch through our chosen courier on Saturdays or Sundays However, if you make your order by telephone we will try our best to book a courier bike to cover same day deliveries or weekends. We will obtain a quote for this prior to payment.
We use nuts and dairy products in our kitchen. Please be aware that all products from Melt may contain traces of nuts.
