We make all our delicious, fresh chocolates here in our Notting Hill kitchen. Watching chocolate being made is a fascinating and intoxicating experience. It is technical, skilled and smells divine. Our chocolates travel the shortest food distance from the kitchen to our chilled marble shelf.

Our Master-Chocolatier is Keith Hurdman who holds the prestigious Truffe D'or as Swiss Champion Confectioner/Chocolatier. He became Ambassador of Belgian Chocolate in 2003 and is a multiple award winner in international competitions including a double gold at the World Chocolate Awards 2007.

At Melt we strongly believe that children deserve the best quality food that you can get your hands on, including chocolate.

As with any interesting project - good work always comes from great collaborations, mine with Keith, Keith with his team and us working with some talented people.

Our Site:

Originally the work of web designers Big Fish. They helped us enormously to get our "online" ball rolling and their good work paved the way to our current online identity.

Since August 07 our online collaborators have changed to Creative Made, specialists in emerging digital technologies and online marketing.

Working with the existing framework, Creative Made have rebuilt, refined and added to our online identity. We hope in early 2008 to re-design our online e-commerce site totally.
