The Modern British Macaroon


The relentless rain and grey days are making us all long for Spring. Let your taste buds blossom into life with the recently launched Melt Modern British Macaroon.

The inspiration for the collection was born while musing over my colour wheel that I had painted during my weekly art class.

Many months later and lots of R & D in the kitchen we now have The Melt Modern British Macaroon. Displayed in a specially designed cabinet we have a vivid coloured spectrum of macaroons, with bold, clean flavours such as Ultra-Violet, Virgin Mojito, Sea Salt with milk chocolate, Banoffee pie, Sour Cherry...and more.

Unlike other macaroons - all our superior macaroon fillings are pure chocolate ganache.

Black Sesame Bonbon

"Black sesame is a traditional Japanese ingredient, both used in savoury and sweet dishes. it is particular in that, it has a different nutty flavour compared with sesame seeds, and it is complimentary to white chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell."
